Lee John was appointed as first team manager in November 2021, alongside assistant Dr Dylan Blain. ‘Johno’ has spent 3 and a half years in charge of the Reds, leading the team to back to back runners up campaigns in both 2022/23 and 2023/24.

Lee then oversaw the clubs return to the JD Cymru Premier, leading his side to the JD Cymru South title in the recent 2024/25 campaign.
