The Reds return home this weekend as our womens side are set to host Pure Swansea in their first game back at Stebo in the new 25/26 campaign.
Last weekend saw the Reds kick start the competitive season with a trip to Cardiff Met in the opening group game of the Adran trophy. The Reds fell to a narrow defeat against a very experienced Archers side.
This weekend’s visitors Pure Swansea are our first game at home for the third season in a row – a meeting that is becoming quite a tradition at the start of the campaign.
Kick off is at 2pm this Sunday and entry costs £3!

Our Opponents – Pure Swansea FC
Formerly known as Swansea University, the club was rebranded over the summer and is now known as Pure Swansea. Last season they narrowly missed out on the league title to Pontypridd United who went on to secure promotion to the Genero Adran Premier.
They held a league record of 8 wins, 1 draw and 3 losses last season and concluded the 24/25 campaign with a goal difference of +13.

We are just one game into the new campaign but Pure Swansea have kickstarted their season with a win and currently top our Adran Trophy group.
A victory last weekend against newly promoted Carmarthen Town thanks to a single goal from Isabel O’Sullivan sees our opponents carry some momentum into this meeting.
Head to Head
We have met Pure Swansea five times previously across both the Adran South and Adran Trophy, this weekends visitors hold an unbeaten record against the Reds ahead of the game on Sunday.
The last five meetings are as follows;
2nd February 2025: Llanelli Town 0-1 Pure Swansea
6th October 2024: Pure Swansea 6-2 Llanelli Town
1st September 2024: Llanelli Town 1-1 Pure Swansea
24th March 2024: Pure Swansea 5-0 Llanelli Town
3rd September 2023: Llanelli Town 1-2 Pure Swansea
