Our latest arrival of the summer sees young defender Nelson Sanca arrive at Stebonheath Park from Rodney Parade on loan for the full duration of the campaign. 

Nelson follows both Morgan Evans and Jac Norris who have already arrived at the Reds on loan from Newport this summer with both players already playing their part in the squad. 

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, the 18 year old defender spent the second half of the 2024/25 season on loan at fellow JD Cymru Premier side Briton Ferry Llansawel. 

After signing his first professional contract for County in 2024, the defender has gone on to make four senior league appearances in the EFL – making his debut against Tranmere Rovers in April 2024. 

The defender could be in line to make his Reds debut as early as tomorrow in our league game against Bala Town.
