The new U21’s team will be a part of the development section in our Academi alongside our U19 Cymru Premier Development Team.

Our new U21’s side will be entering the new National FAW Reserve League South West alongside a range of clubs from across South West Wales, more information about the league and format can be found below.

About the National FAW Reserve League

Phase 1 – Regional Phase

Clubs will be split into a South East and a South West division. Clubs will play each Club in their ‘region’ once, totalling 14 matches. The fixture list will be randomised to ensure that Clubs have a fair balance of home/away games.

Phase 2 – Competitive Phase

After Phase 1, the top 7 of the South East and the top 7 of the South West will merge to form the ‘Premier Conference’ and the bottom 7 of the South East and the bottom 7 of the South West will merge to form the ‘Championship Conference’. Clubs will play each other once in this Phase, totalling 14 matches. The fixture list will be randomised to ensure that Clubs have a fair balance of home/away games.

Every Club will play 28 matches.

The winner of the ‘Premier Conference’ will be crowned the champion of the National Reserve League South.
